Ketamine and MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy For Transgender & Nonbinary people

Our Research

Golden Psychology is currently seeking funding support for research studies to support Transgender and Nonbinary people engaging in Ketamine and MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy. We aim to demonstrate a modality of group, gender-affirming KAP and MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy that is effective and is implementable across settings, and reduces suicidality and trauma symptoms.

These groups are led by gender-expansive clinicians, and support exploration of issues such as trauma, core shame, anxiety, depression, and suicidality and provide support for gender exploration, gender dysphoria and gender euphoria.

Funding Opportunities

Funding opportunities are available at every level. We are currently seeking a total of $500,000.

This funding will cover the cost of clinical and research management of the study, clinicians, supplies, training, and participant reimbursement. It will also cover all clinical fees for participants.
